During the course of our stay I was wowed by further positive interactions with a few of the staff members. I was extremely impressed with Anith, who was one of the staff members that was working during the banquet on Saturday night. Another staff member who really stood out for me was Mason, from Woody's pub. We visited Woody's for dinner on Thursday and Friday evening and enjoyed a few games of darts and pool. Your facilites are great, but it is staff like Anith and Mason that are able to elevate the guest experience to the next level. I hope that you can share this feedback with them and let them know what a positive impact our interactions with them had on our overall experience.
We were gifted a night stay for our 5th wedding anniversary this past Saturday (also our first night away from our baby - eek). When we arrived we were greeted warmly and chose to upgrade our room - Huynn (I hope that is the correct spelling) seemed to be our go to guy for our entire stay. He made us reservations for dinner (complete with a cute surprise anniversary desert), got our TV working so we could order a movie and even took the time to give us a complementary upgrade when we requested a room with a tub. Having a bath to myself without cheerios on the floor seriously made my evening. I never got the chance to personally thank Huynn, but I wanted to let someone know that he made our stay.
