Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge


Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is wrapped around the shores of Lake Beauvert. The Lodge located in Jasper National Park, is on 700 acres and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. SCOREGolf magazine claims it has ‘Canada’s number one Golf Resort Course”.

  • Originally called ‘Tent City’ it’s legacy began in 1915 and consisted of ten large wooden tents.
  • In 1921 Canadian National Railways turned ‘Tent City’ into eight log cabins which opened in June 1922
  • King George VI and Queen Elizabeth stayed in the Outlook Cabin, in 1939. That Cabin burnt down in 2000.
