At the heart of the village called Kicking Horse and in the town of Golden, the peaks of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, as well as the Selkirk Mountains surround Glacier Mountaineer Lodge. Golden is considered to be one of the best year-round destinations in the region providing visitors with a majestic winter wonderland and transforming into a mountain biking, hiking and mountaineering mecca during the summer months.
